TYLER LONG embarked on a remarkable journey of self-discovery after enlisting in the Navy at 18, traversing the globe aboard three different aircraft carriers. Despite his worldly experiences, he found himself yearning for something more fulfilling. Exploring various churches around the Whidbey Naval Air Base in Oak Harbor, Washington, Tyler's spiritual quest remained unfulfilled until the fateful fall of 1999 when he attended an evangelistic meeting at Oak Harbor Church—a moment that transformed his life forever. Remarkably, Tyler was the sole individual baptized at that pivotal event. Since then, Tyler has dedicated his life to spreading the message of faith and hope as a Bible Worker, Evangelist, and Church Planter. Currently serving as the Personal Ministries Director for the Washington Conference, Tyler's impact extends across four continents, where he has been involved in over 100 evangelistic meetings. Holding both a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Tyler combines his professional expertise with his passion for spiritual guidance. Alongside his wife of 20+ years, Tyler is a proud parent to two children attending Skagit Adventist Academy.
